Key Responsibilities:
- Manage media management- Respond to local media inquiries, cultivate local media contacts, and build credibility. Build and maintain positive relationships with local journalists
- Monitor media landscape- Analyze the local media and social media (homeless) landscape, develop media mapping and recomendation
- Develop communications material- Create communication materials such as press releases, fact sheet. Working together with designer to develop communication materials
- Work with other teams- Collaborate with other teams, such as CSV, SHE and operation to develop plan and implement communication strategies
- Crisis Communication Strategy- Develop and implement crisis communication plans and strategies in collaboration with the Emergency Respond Team. Ensure clear, accurate, and timely messaging during a crisis, aligned with company values and goals, Proactively manage media inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to provide appropriate responses.
- Stakeholder Communication- Support other divison to manage communication with key external stakeholders.Prepare speeches, FAQs, and other communication materials for senior leadership to address external audiences .
- Support subsidiaries: Communication support for our subsidiaries based in Cilegon
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferably working from manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
